i am at 11th episode of it.. 值得收看
Getting used to changes
1st change
it has been a week..
we are getting used to the changes happening around us..
we had moved on
time to move on and play our roles well
2nd change
received a call from a lady with a strong filipino accent
She: "Hi, can I speak to Mrs Teo?"
Me: "Huh? Wrong number la.."
(I sound irritated with the thought of some salesperson promoting stuff)
She: "Sorry! Are you Angela Peck?"
Me: "Oh! Yes yes! I am.. What is it regarding?
(180deg change in attitude, thinking must be something important)
She: "I am calling from XXX Bank, are you interested...."
Me: "Sorry! Not freeee.."
(sound double irritated because it is really a salesperson)
Phone: "Tuuu...."
(hang up before she can even finish her line)
Thoughts:
y in the first place cannot just address me by my name?
need to "Mrs Teo" and scare the shit out of me!
guess i need to get use to the title of Mrs Teo
